KYLE MORGAN
Kyle retired from the Army in 2022 after 20 years of service and has been on the frontlines of every American kinetic conflict since 9/11—spending time in the Infantry and Special Forces. Kyle spent most of his military career as a Special Operator within the United States Special Operations Command.
Of all his experiences in the Service, one of the most challenging days was reacting to a terrorist attack on the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bamako, Mali, on 20 November 2015. Responding to this attack and the lessons learned throughout his career helped him form his training company, Blu Bearing Solutions, whose primary mission is to train Law Enforcement and Private Citizens on an appropriate response to an Active Threat situation.

BLAKE COOK
Blake enlisted in the United States Army in 2010 and completed Infantry and airborne training. He was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC with the 82nd Airborne Division. Blake deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was subsequently awarded the Military Purple Heart after sustaining life-threatening and life-changing injuries in combat. He spent two years learning to walk and talk again while finishing his contract with the military. After leaving the military, Blake joined the Fayetteville Police Department. He worked as a detective with the department's gun, gang, and cartel unit. Blake was selected as a member of his agency's SWAT team, where he participated in countless operations that included High Risk Search Warrants, High Risk Fugitive Apprehensions, Vehicle Assaults, Armed Barricaded individuals, Dignitary Protection, Riot Control, and Hostage Rescue. Primarily an assaulter, Blake was qualified as a Police Sniper and deployed as such on multiple operations.

Troy Vanoostendorp
Joined the Navy in 2003 and deployed in support of OIF and OEF. Troy joined the Virginia Beach Police Department in 2012, and since 2015 has been a member of the department’s full time SWAT team. Troy has been on over 600 operations to include; active shooter, violent riots, high risk search warrants, armed criminal barricades, vehicle takedowns, maritime operations, executive protection details, sniper overwatch and is responsible the VBPD SWAT sniper school. In 2021, Troy founded Defender Series Training Group as a way to transfer knowledge to police officers, military and citizens.

Janay DeCaussin
Jenay DeCaussin is the current female Tactical Games National Champion. She stepped into TTG in 2022 from competitive CrossFit, and TTG provided a bridge for her to learn how to shoot and like many of our ambassadors uses a Staccato pistol. She was incredibly passionate about learning to protect herself and joining a community that was rooted in freedom, service, and hard work. She works full time as a CrossFit coach alongside being an athlete. She has said she competes to honor God in the gifts He has given her, and for the incredible mentors she has had selflessly invest in her.

KATIE KNIGHT
Katie Knight is a top athlete known for her success in endurance sports, including winning the 2021 World's Toughest Mudder and the 2022 GORUCK Games. Based in Boulder, Colorado, she trains extensively in both strength and endurance disciplines. From CrossFit, to ultramarathons, The Tactical Games, 24hr obstacle course races, and hybrid competitions, Katie has become a successful all around athlete. Katie enjoys trail running, mountain biking, fishing, shooting her bow and spending time with her red golden retriever, Doug.

ANDREW SULLIVAN
Sully retired from the Seal teams in 2020 after nearly two decades of service in the Special Operations community. After six years at SEAL Team Two, he joined the Naval Special Warfare Development Group. In a 12-year stint with the NSWDG, he conducted missions pursuing high-value targets and conducting hostage rescue operations worldwide. Prior to retirement, Sully completed a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership at the University of Charleston, WV. Today, he is founder of the Community First Project, a non-profit designed to improve community safety by providing no-cost training to police officers and law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Sully is founder and president of BlueForce Strategies, providing intelligence and security solutions to select individual and corporate clients.

GREG ANDREWS
Greg Retired from 20 years US Navy service as a SEAL in 2017. 16 years of his service was as a TIER1 operator at Naval Special Warfare Development Group. He conducted 14 combat deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and several other missions worldwide.
Currently Greg owns a contracting service training Law Enforcement and DOD personnel and has started Brainwave Neuro Performance Center in Tucson, AZ. Using MeRT, noninvasive magnetic brain stimulation, Brainwave treats cognitive issues stemming from Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, Depression, Autism, addiction, sleep disorders as well as brain optimization and more.

Mike O’Dowd
Mike spent over 9 years in Naval Special Warfare with extensive combat operations experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a JTAC, Intelligence Analyst, Lead Breacher, Communications Specialist and various other qualifications for his team. He spent his last 3 years in the Navy teaching combat shooting and helping to develop the modern-day Combatives program at the Basic Underwater Demolition School (BUDS). He has trained thousands of military members, government employees, law enforcement, and civilians. He has an MBA from University of California, San Diego and a Bachelors from Boston University.

Rachel Otto
Rachel graduated from The Citadel, in Charleston, South Carolina. At The Citadel she played Division I volleyball and earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation, she joined the Charleston Police Department where she served for 7 years. During her time at Charleston Police Department she was assigned to Special Investigations (SIU) as a Narcotics Detective and a Firearms Instructor. After years of being part of a team, she began CrossFit, eventually becoming a CrossFit Games Regional athlete. Rachel then began her current career as a Federal Agent, and is now the first woman to serve on a high-level tactical team in the organization.

Julie Dudley
A passionate advocate for health, fitness, and outdoor adventure with over two decades of service as a professional firefighter paramedic, Julie has dedicated her life to protecting and supporting others since 1999. As she prepares for retirement in 2026, her mission will continue through her and K9 Kilos work with the Peer Crisis Response K9 Team, offering critical support to first responders nationwide in conjunction with the IAFF and Florida Fire Marshal’s Office. Julie leads by example inspiring others to embrace challenges, push past limits, and live boldly.
