RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds will be issued once your return reaches our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund/store credit to be processed by our team. Refunds should reflect on your original method of payment within 2-5 days.
At this time, we do not provide return labels for International, FPO and APO addresses.
If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.

We do provide return labels for Hawaii, and Alaska Addresses. Please continue to our return portal to process your Return or Exchange.
Unfortunately, at this time, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one and shipped back to us for a return or exchange.
If our customers do have multiple orders that they would like to send back, we recommend they obtain a shipping label from USPS, UPS or Fedex directly.
If proceeding with this option, please:
1) Include a note in the box detailing what order number corresponds with what product.
2) Include whether you would like store credit in the form of an e-gift card or a refund to the original payment method.

You may notice a small fee automatically added to your order at check out called OrderProtect. OrderProtect is an insurance offered on your order to protect you against stolen, lost in transit, damaged, or incorrect items at the hands of the postal system. We highly encourage customers to consider taking advantage of OrderProtect as once an order leaves our warehouse, we are no longer in control of it until it is safely in your possession.
You are able to remove it from your order, however. When you click on your cart to checkout, right above the checkout button, you may toggle off the blue OrderProtect to opt out of that fee.
